Oral storytelling traditions found in Parisian women’s literary salons provide the foundation for musical retellings of fairy tales, myths, and legends. Joined by narrator Erin Hall, Repast recounts stories from English folklore, Greek mythology, Irish seanchaí, Ethiopian oduu durii, and French opéra féerie through music of the 18th century.
